The Service offers quests, lessons, challenges, progress tracking, and community features designed to make everyday adulting skills accessible and engaging.
The Service may include free and premium tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and availability are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the license granted under this Section and may result in account suspension, removal from the Service, and legal action including DMCA takedown notices to hosting providers and app stores. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
If you submit content to the Service (such as community posts or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
The Service may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscription plans. Subscription titles, lengths, and pricing are displayed in the app prior to purchase and on the platform store page (App Store, Google Play, or the Level: Adult website).
Auto-renewal terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account, Google Account, or other applicable payment method at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase, or by contacting us if you subscribed through our website. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies; we cannot process or guarantee those refunds. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and will not affect the current billing period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content provided through the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEEPBOOP STUDIOS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@leveladult.com or using the account deletion feature in the app settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We maintain version history for these Terms. The version date in the header above identifies which version applies to your agreement.
