Delete Your Account

BeepBoop Studios LLC (operating Level: Adult)

You can permanently delete your Level: Adult account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

If you have the app installed and can sign in, the fastest path is:

Open Level: Adult on your iPhone or Android device.
Sign in if you aren't already.
Tap the Settings icon on the Me page.
Scroll to Account → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.

Your account and associated data are removed immediately. The action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you don't have the app installed, lost access to your device, or prefer to delete by email, send a request to support@leveladult.com and we will process it manually within 30 days (and typically within 1-3 business days).

Please send from the email address tied to the account you want deleted so we can verify ownership. If you signed in with Google or Apple, send from the Google/Apple email you used.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

Your profile (name, display name, username, birth year, character configuration);
Your quest completions, lesson progress, course enrollments, achievements, and XP;
Your streak history, coins, inventory items, and unlocked cosmetics;
Your friend connections and league standings;
Your push notification tokens;
Your authentication record with Supabase (including OAuth links to Google or Apple);
Your subscription metadata stored on our servers (the underlying subscription with Apple, Google, or Stripe is cancelled separately — see below).

What is retained

For legal and compliance reasons, the following data is retained even after account deletion:

Legal agreement records (when you accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) — retained indefinitely for legal compliance.
Transaction records required by financial regulations (typically 7 years).
Database backups — your data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion. After that window, all backup copies are purged.

Cancelling your subscription

Deleting your Level: Adult account does not automatically cancel an active subscription with the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. Subscriptions must be cancelled directly through the platform you subscribed on:

Apple App Store: iPhone → Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Level: Adult → Cancel Subscription.
Google Play: Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Level: Adult → Cancel subscription.
Web (Stripe): Sign in at leveladult.app → Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel.
